Evaluations of Mr. Noack by 3 Different Supervisors
These work evaluations from court records are nice, and one is from his last supervisor whom Noack complained had ordered him to discriminate in hiring. Another is from the woman he said had denied him a position specifically due to his being a male. Apparently, Mr. Noack maybe held in his frustrations and just tried to do his job as best he could all those years; but, something must have gone incredibly wrong at some point. Either Noack is an incredibly callous jerk who betrayed two former supervisors who spoke well of him, or he is telling the truth and they are lying jerks who "backstabbed" him. Hmm, let's see, Mr. Noack did show emails indicating he refused orders to discriminate, to which that (female) supervisor responded by giving an illegal reason for her "alleged" commands. http://www.weebly.com/weebly/main.php (Oops.)
Then, the other of the two mentioned above is the one who was shown to have apparently LIED -- as in PERJURY -- in affidavit testimony submitted by the YMCA as evidence. http://stillsupremelyunjust.yolasite.com/explain-this-ymca.php
-- Oops, again.
Maybe Mr. Noack was afraid to say anything if he needed his job, but I guess something like that should be decided by a jury and not merely by a judge riding roughshod over the proceedings and driving it out of court without a trial. The latter simply is not the way of the U.S. judicial system.
There is no sign here of Noack being a radical. He mentions some "Christian" stuff, but the YMCA is a Christian organization, so I suppose that is okay. These show great ratings on how he related to supervisors & coworkers, which Mr. Noack seems to have been falsely denigrated about in a reprimand by superiors shortly before he resigned. That would fit with the idea that some peeps there maybe got upset if, like he claimed, he at some point was saying "no" to working unpaid overtime and to (alleged) orders to discriminate.
These show consistent excellent performance under multiple supervisors over years, despite any problems going on. The last one is the most recent. The evaluator comments on it also state that Mr. Noack was "conscientious" and "relates well to his peers and supervisor". Those comments came from one who that fall apparently maligned him to superiors after he "exposed" some of the illegal things that "allegedly" had been going on. She seemed to then say what a poor performer he was, all of a sudden.
- There is no way that man should be living in a tent-cave right now! It just doesn't seem right. Americans should not turn a blind eye to this. What if it were happening to you at your job?
